
Wine affinity

In 2016, after 7 years as Wine Director at L'Arpège (3*** Michelin Star) I had the opportunity to move to New-York to work with Chef David Bouley (1* Michelin star) in his restaurant located in TriBeCa. During these two years I was able to broaden my environment and appreciate the diversity of the existing wine offer on the American market as well as the actors while continuing to discover and become a connoisseur of the wines of the World.
Upon my return to France in 2018, I created Copains Comme Flacons, my company specialized in accompanying winegrowers chosen for the values we share. This entity is for me a recognition, an achievement, a commitment ! My most sincere wish is to continue to share my knowledge, my experience and my know-how with as many people as possible, whether they are connoisseurs or novices.
My approach is to go and meet the growers, to exchange, understand their needs, to taste, to grow together. It is today this approach that I wish to share with you, on a daily basis, as a vector, a correspondent, a link allowing us to share together nice discoveries, surprises and a lot of pleasure !
