Tessa Laroche, domaine aux Moines
Savennières
Tessa, Monique’s daughter and oenologist, runs the 10 ha family domain today. On the place called Grand Cru : La Roche-aux-Moines. A masterful terroir, not very productive, whose interpretation can be found with nuance in the bottle. Since 2005, a more qualitative commitment has allowed the style to evolve towards precise and dry savennières. Now deep and naturally elegant.
Berceau des fées cuvée is made from the young vines of Savennières. Pretty, luminous and harmonious white. Naturally more intense is the Savennières-Roche-aux-Moines. Built for keeping. Pure and energetic Chenin sublimated by a long and salty finish.
MC & Damien Moyer
Montlouis-sur-Loire
Winemaking at the domain has been passed down through the generations since its foundation in 1850. The Moyer family clearly understands the terroir of Montlouis and has consistently produced high-quality well-recognized wine. Today, the Moyer family vineyards are represented by Damien Moyer. He is a heritor of the ancestors’ knowledge, follower of his grandfather Edmond Moyer who witnessed the creation of the National Institute for Appellations d’Origine (INAO) and was one of the founders and wine producers of the Montlouis AOC in 1938. Domain has been Organic certified in 2020.

Florian Le Capitaine
Vouvray
Organic farming domain of 6 ha Chenin planted. The entire vineyard is located on the first slopes of Rochecorbon on clay-limestone soils. Florian, the son of a winegrower, worked for the family estate for 6 years. Fascinated by his terroir and the Chenin, he decided to fly on his own wings and make wines in my image, from organic farming. Plot of land from the Clos “Les Aumones”, Rochecorbon, the vines are south-facing, just above the Loire River. AB certified vines. Mechanical soil tillage.
Domaine Musset-Roullier
Anjou
Located in AOC Anjou -- Coteaux de la Loire, 25 minutes from Angers, Musset-Roullier domain flourishes on a noble terroir of schists and blue limestones. Craftsmen by trade, they produce a wide selection of "Vins d'Anjou and Loire Océanique" acclaimed
for its precision. Winegrowers between the river and the ocean, known as "the Loire Océanique" gives them this strength and liveliness, both in their wines and in the team's state of mind. Rigor of gesture, adaptability, and demand for quality allow them to remain consistent from one vintage to another. Located on a geological fault of the Armorican Massif, their terroir has soils of metamorphic rocks (schists) and ancient sedimentary rocks (the blue limestones of the "lime stone"). This specificity allows their
grape varieties; Cabernet franc, Chenin, Chardonnay and Grolleau
A perfect expression.
The proximity of the Loire ensures thermal regulation
of the soils and is mainly responsible for the earliness
of the grapes observed year after year.
